Information We Use
CEG PRO uses account, business, customer, crew, project and service information to provide requested features, maintain records, secure accounts, support users, improve the platform and operate subscription billing.
No Sale of Contractor Data
CEG PRO does not sell contractors' personal or business information and does not share contractor information with third parties for data-broker purposes or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service Providers & Connected Features
Information may be disclosed to hosting, authentication, storage, payment, communications, email, SMS, banking or other infrastructure providers when reasonably necessary to operate CEG PRO or a feature you choose. Providers may process information under their own legal obligations and service terms.
SMS Messaging & Consent Data
CEG PRO, operated by CEG Tiles Corporation, may collect a recipient's mobile phone number, messaging preferences, opt-in source, opt-in date/time, opt-out status and related consent records when SMS features are used.
This information is used to provide requested business messaging, maintain consent and opt-out records, support messaging compliance, prevent abuse and troubleshoot communications. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
CEG PRO does not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers or consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with communications providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested messages, maintain compliance or protect the service.
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Payments
Full card numbers should be entered only through an approved secure payment interface. CEG PRO is not designed to store full payment card numbers in its application database.
Security & Retention
Cancellation does not automatically erase business records. After account access ends, CEG PRO may retain business, billing, financial, payroll, project and compliance records for up to seven (7) years, or longer where required by law, regulation, a legal hold, dispute, fraud-prevention need or other legitimate recordkeeping obligation.
Not every type of data is kept for seven years. Account-profile information, temporary operational data and backups may be deleted or cycled out earlier when they are no longer reasonably needed. CEG PRO may also delete information earlier when requested and when no legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory reason requires continued retention.
Before account access ends, subscribers should export records they are legally or operationally required to keep. After the applicable retention period, records should be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate, subject to backup cycles and applicable law.
Your Choices
Contractors control the business records they add to their accounts. Privacy, export or deletion questions may be submitted through CEG PRO Support at ceg@cegpro.com, subject to legal and record-retention requirements.
