1. Cancel Any Time

CEG PRO is $49/month + applicable tax. The first month is paid as a one-time payment. After that first payment is confirmed, you may pay each new month manually or choose monthly automatic payments. If you enroll in automatic payments, cancel the recurring schedule before the next scheduled charge to stop future automatic charges. Your subscription remains active through the end of the monthly service period already paid for.

02

2. No Prorated Refunds

The $49 monthly subscription charge, plus applicable tax, is not prorated or refunded for remaining unused days in a paid service period except where required by applicable law or expressly offered by CEG PRO.

03

3. No Charge After Cancellation

After an automatic-payment schedule is canceled, no further automatic $49 monthly charge plus applicable tax should be submitted under that schedule unless you enroll again. One-time payment customers simply make the next monthly payment when due.

04

4. Business Records

Cancellation does not automatically erase business records. After account access ends, CEG PRO may retain business, billing, financial, payroll, project and compliance records for up to seven (7) years, or longer where required by law, regulation, a legal hold, dispute, fraud-prevention need or other legitimate recordkeeping obligation.

Not every type of data is kept for seven years. Account-profile information, temporary operational data and backups may be deleted or cycled out earlier when they are no longer reasonably needed. CEG PRO may also delete information earlier when requested and when no legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory reason requires continued retention.

Before account access ends, subscribers should export records they are legally or operationally required to keep. After the applicable retention period, records should be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate, subject to backup cycles and applicable law.
