1. Using CEG PRO
CEG PRO is a subscription-based business operating platform for contractors and a product of CEG Tiles Corporation. By creating an account, accepting a subscription or using CEG PRO, you agree to these Terms and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
You must provide accurate account, business, contact and billing information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account by users you authorize.
2. Accounts, Team Access & Security
The subscriber controls who is invited to the account and what access or role each authorized user receives.
You are responsible for protecting usernames, passwords, authentication methods and devices used to access CEG PRO. Notify CEG PRO Support promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
CEG PRO may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, payment risk or a security incident.
3. Subscription, Billing & Automatic Renewal
CEG PRO Monthly is $49/month + applicable tax unless a different price, promotion or discount is clearly shown before purchase. Subscribers may Pay $49 now each month or Set Up Monthly Automatic Payments.
If you choose monthly automatic payments, the recurring amount, frequency and cancellation method will be shown before enrollment. A one-time payment does not enroll you in recurring charges.
Automatic payments continue on the schedule authorized through the payment provider until that recurring schedule is canceled. One-time payment subscribers make each monthly payment manually.
If a required subscription payment is not received, CEG PRO may send reminders, provide a reasonable grace period, restrict paid features or suspend access until the balance is resolved.
Optional payroll services are not included in the standard CEG PRO monthly subscription price. If a subscriber activates payroll through an integrated payroll provider, payroll fees may be billed separately under the provider's applicable pricing and terms.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. CEG PRO will provide a straightforward online cancellation method when paid subscription billing is enabled, and cancellation assistance will also be available through CEG PRO Support.
Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal charge and access continues through the end of the service period already paid for. Monthly subscription charges are not prorated or refunded for unused days except where required by applicable law or expressly offered by CEG PRO.
5. Contractor Records & Your Responsibilities
You control and are responsible for the business information, customer information, estimates, invoices, payroll records, tax information, project documents, photos, messages and other content you enter or upload.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of records before relying on them for business, legal, accounting, tax, licensing, safety, employment or payment decisions.
You must have the rights, permissions and consents needed to upload, store, send or process information about customers, employees, subcontractors and other individuals through CEG PRO.
6. No Professional Advice
CEG PRO provides software tools and business information; it is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, payroll processor, engineering firm, licensing authority, safety authority or government agency.
Accounting tools, tax estimates, payroll records, W-9/1099 preparation, compliance reminders, permit resources, safety resources, estimates, invoices and reports do not replace advice from a qualified professional or instructions from the applicable government authority.
7. Connected Services & Third-Party Providers
CEG PRO may connect with third-party providers for communications, hosting, authentication, storage, banking or reconciliation features, payment processing, email, SMS, mobile distribution and other infrastructure.
When you activate or use a connected service, information may be transmitted to or received from that provider as reasonably necessary to deliver the feature you requested. The provider may have separate terms, privacy practices, fees, eligibility requirements and service limitations.
CEG PRO does not control the availability, approval decisions, outages, transaction timing, messaging rules, banking data or other independent actions of third-party providers.
8. Payments
CEG PRO may provide links or integrations that allow contractors to accept payments from their own customers. Those customer payments belong to the contractor and are processed by the contractor's selected payment provider; CEG PRO does not hold contractor customer funds unless a future service expressly states otherwise.
Subscription payments for CEG PRO are separate from payments that a contractor receives from its customers. Full card numbers should be entered only through an approved secure payment interface and are not intended to be stored in the CEG PRO application database.
9. SMS Messaging Terms
CEG PRO, operated by CEG Tiles Corporation, may send SMS messages only to recipients who have provided consent through an approved opt-in method or where another lawful messaging basis applies. Messages may include customer-care replies, job and schedule updates, appointment information, estimate or invoice notifications, project updates, crew coordination and other requested business communications.
Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a CEG PRO subscription or other goods or services.
SMS opt-in and consent records are used to operate the requested messaging service. CEG PRO does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Privacy, Data Use & Retention
CEG PRO uses account and business information to operate, secure, support and improve the service and to provide the features selected by the subscriber. Our Privacy Policy provides additional information about data handling.
Cancellation does not automatically erase business records. After account access ends, CEG PRO may retain business, billing, financial, payroll, project and compliance records for up to seven (7) years, or longer where required by law, regulation, a legal hold, dispute, fraud-prevention need or other legitimate recordkeeping obligation.
Not every type of data is kept for seven years. Account-profile information, temporary operational data and backups may be deleted or cycled out earlier when they are no longer reasonably needed. CEG PRO may also delete information earlier when requested and when no legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory reason requires continued retention.
Before account access ends, subscribers should export records they are legally or operationally required to keep. After the applicable retention period, records should be securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate, subject to backup cycles and applicable law.
Requests concerning deletion or privacy may be submitted through CEG PRO Support.
11. Availability, Maintenance & Service Changes
CEG PRO works to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, hosting failures, provider outages, software defects, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
CEG PRO may add, modify, improve, replace or discontinue features. When practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes that significantly affect paid use of the service. Beta, preview or early-access features may change or be withdrawn.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use CEG PRO to violate law, commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, introduce malicious code, interfere with system security, gain unauthorized access, scrape or extract protected data without permission, or disrupt another user's access.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute CEG PRO or its protected software, content or source code except where expressly permitted in writing or where applicable law does not allow such a restriction.
13. Suspension & Termination
CEG PRO may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security abuse, repeated nonpayment, misuse of the service or where restriction is required by law or a provider needed to operate the service.
Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, CEG PRO may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy it before termination. Immediate restriction may be used when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, payments, infrastructure or legal compliance.
14. Intellectual Property
CEG PRO, its software, visual design, product structure, original content, documentation and related intellectual property are owned by CEG Tiles Corporation or its licensors, except for content supplied by users or third parties.
You retain ownership of the business content you submit, subject to the limited permissions reasonably necessary for CEG PRO and its service providers to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to provide the service.
15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CEG PRO is provided on an 'as available' basis and does not guarantee that every feature, calculation, integration, communication, report or third-party service will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEG Tiles Corporation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of CEG PRO, third-party services, user-entered errors, missed regulatory obligations or business decisions made from software-generated information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The final scope of any liability cap, indemnification obligation or mandatory dispute process remains subject to applicable law and final counsel review before public launch.
16. Disputes
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact CEG PRO Support at ceg@cegpro.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue informally.
Unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms do not by themselves impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to a class or representative proceeding. Any arbitration provision, class-action waiver or specific dispute forum should be established through legally reviewed terms applicable to the subscriber.
17. General Legal Terms
CEG PRO may update these Terms prospectively as the service, law or business operations change. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes by email, within the service or through another appropriate method.
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. No partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, accountant-client or attorney-client relationship is created merely by using CEG PRO.
CEG PRO is operated by CEG Tiles Corporation. Questions or legal notices may be sent to ceg@cegpro.com. Governing-law, venue, arbitration, indemnification and final liability provisions should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
